We were initially assigned an executive room, but it didn't meet our needs. However, the staff quickly switched us to a junior suite without any hesitation. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable, and the range of pillows provided added to a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice cafe with live music, creating a lively atmosphere even during lunch. The location of the hotel was convenient, though the heavy traffic outside could be heard from the room. Despite this, the room itself was well-maintained and clean. I was impressed with the hotel's affordability and would recommend it to others.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was perfect for me because of the great location. Being close to the airport meant I didn't have to wake up at the crack of dawn for my early morning flight. Additionally, this hotel is located right in front of a bus stop, which made transportation around this city so easy. The hotel facilities were also very clean and it is near to malls. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a fantastic stay.

My second stay at Vasaka Hotel Jakarta was exceptional. Clean and modern, with exceptional staff who welcome you like friends. Easy check-in and out procedure. Complete facilities, including high-speed wifi for work. Great room with functioning TV, aircon, and hot water. Convenient location near the airport and food court. 10/10!

Located in a great area close to the airport with easy access to the toll road, this hotel offers comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The attentive service from friendly staff is a highlight, and the breakfast, while sometimes cold, is tasty. Guests enjoy the facilities and advantages of the modern hotel.

There seem to be some issues with the delivery of basic amenities, such as towels, and occasionally other items are not available or delivered late, which could pose an inconvenience to guests.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was located near various tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The staff was unresponsive to my requests and seemed disinterested in helping me. The air conditioning was not working properly and made the room too hot to sleep in.

The bathroom and toilets are not separate from the sleeping area, which lacks privacy. The towels that were supplied have seen better days and were no longer bright white, and there were only bath towels supplied.
